Commercial Description:
Birra Moretti La Rossa is a double bock beer produced using high quality 100% malted barley, giving it a rich sweet taste and an intense fragrance of roasted malt. The amber colour that characterizes the beer, comes from kind of malt used in the recipe (malt is dried, roasted barley). Another key ingredients is hops, the variety used is particularly aromatic, giving a characteristic bitter aftertaste and a delicate fragrance to the beer. The Master Brewers advise a service temperature between 10° and 12° C.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with an off-white head. Sweet mlaty aroma with some caramel hints. Sweet malty fruity and bready caramel flavor. Sweet malty finish.

Amber with a small off-white head. Tones of barley and malt. Alochol + caramel sweetness. Medium to full body with a strange metallic, dry finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours deep brown and amber with a little off white head. Aroma is sweet malty, fruity. Flavour is sweet malty, going into a mild fruit flavour ending soft bitter still with a fruity, hoppy presence going dry.

Bland sweet dopple larger. Had at Vin Santo, a nice, reasonable priced Italian restaurant in Milddleton Wisconsin.

A nice balanced and tastefull beer. Drunk at Anaheim at a pub outside Disneyland. At this beer also on draft in Germany at beerfestival at Viersel
