Jan 17, 2004 If you know Souci, like I know Souci, oh, oh, oh what a waste. The description in Italian talks about the balance of the ingredients and the full body of the beer. They have heard of hops as it says so on the bottle and there is more than one because of the use of the plural luppoli. My Italian journey is over for the time being I hope as I have been disappointed by most of them.

Aug 6, 2003 Pale yellow with creamy long lasting head. Thin malty flavour, lemon flavours highly carbonated. There are some unpleasant earthy flavours.

Jun 30, 2003 grainy nose, minimal hops. Pours a pale yellow, no head. In general just a weak effort with no redemming qualities. Corn and adjuncts in the taste, repulsive aftertaste.
