Commercial Description:
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Mar 8, 2007 Bottle at home. An easy, crisp lager. Didn’t realize this was Heineken. Fair enough. Quite hoppy. Some mouthfeel, not much. Simple.

Pours yellow with a small offwhite head. Aroma is light malt, but there is not much of it. Taste is a bit watery, with a light hoppy aftertaste. Borring.

Pours from 12 oz bottle a golden yellow with very large white head that fades quickly. The aroma is lots of hay, grass clippings, and some dirt notes. The flavour has a lot of hay, too, but some redeemng malty sweetness. Overall skunk like character grain and malt dominate. Marginally drinkable, if not forgettable.

330 ml bottle. From Germany. Very basic but good pale lager. Nothing wrong with this. Smooth. Definitely easy to drink.

Rated while listening to music from the Godfather. ~Pours a pale gold with diminishing small head. ~Sweet grain like scent with mild hops. ~Sour and sweet malty taste. ~Medium soft feel. Sweet finish. ~Unfortunetly the godfather music didnt make it a better beer. It feels a bit thick to be a lager. Probably be good with a meal.

Moretti: Italian for "shit." Well not quite, but it is a pretty boring beer over all. A little better than Budweiser with less adjunk and a little hoppiness. A little metallic on the finish. As a guido I am a little disappointed in my countrys beer offerings as of now, but I guess the wine is good.
