Commercial Description:
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Clear golden of color with a foamy white head. An aroma of hops, dust and weak malt. An okay flavor with sweet notes of malt, weak hops and citrus notes.

On a terrace in Venezia, Italy. A clear yellow colored beer, with a white head. It disappears quickly. The aroma is fresh and fruity, with a little malt. The taste is fresh, citrus, flat, a little bitter. A little bitter aftertaste.

This beer is awesome in terms of its averageosity. Someone said it’s skunky, I just say it’s pilsnery.

An avarage lager without any off parameter but without any exciting character. Pale straw color, yeast and malt aroma, bottom fermentation taste of yeast and sweet malt. Italian Heineken:)

The Italian Bud. Pours a light straw color from the tap with a creamy white head. Mild with yeast in smell and flavor. Slightly bitter, but not as skunky as expected. Drinkable in low doses, but not very flavorful at all.

Bottle from Tesco. Good looking light gold colour with pure white head that rapidly vanishes. That’s as good as it gets. One of the most bland beers I’ve ever had. Little aroma (what there is is malt), no hop characteristics whatsoever, unpleasant tang in the finish and a thin body makes this a deeply unsatisfying beer. I might just send them some dog turds in the post to register my disapproval.
