Commercial Description:
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

A fairly standard pale lager, faint in colour, not much to neither taste nor aroma, but quite fresh and without any cloying sweetness or cabbage-like aromas that you might encounter in pale lagers. But very nice after a sunday in the sun.

330ml bottle from Sainsburys.Pale straw with a rapidly disappearing white head; heavily carbonated; grainy aroma; very thin and slightly citrus; some hops but a sweetish finish. Innocuous.

Simply a regular tasting lager that holds no special values. Drank it with pizza in Italy and it didn’t do much.

Bottle. I’m not aware of any craft brewers making pale lagers. I have no illusions about this beer though. I expect it to suck. I just don’t fucking trust macro brewers, because who knows what shit they put in here to make it sparkle, appear crystal clear or impart a certain ’natural’ taste chemically. Why is it that the shittier a beer is the more they spout off about quality and tradition? There’s nothing really offensive about this beer though. Other than the fact that it, like all other macros, is an absolute insult to real quality beer and nothing more than the product of dispassionate and uninspired greed. HEINEKEN CAN SUCK IT! "Heinekant" "Heineken: It’s all about the $"

Beer tasting at Three Cellars Milwaukee. Sort of light tasting, some malt and hop , but nothing that really stood out.

Once again, a pale lager of Europe outshines many US pales. This one isn’t a firecracker, but it’s not bad either. I was pleased with its aroma, with a minute hop and malt nose. It’s appearance is golden amber. It’s flavor is pleasing with malt and hop tones. It’s a balanced bitter flavor. I like it, would enjoy with a meal.

Pours a golden yellow color with a medium sized white soapy head. Nose is sweet and floral with some soap. Taste is corn, flowers, grass, salt, and has a decent lasting finish. Not a bad beer.
