Commercial Description:
Birra Moretti is a genuine beer produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. To produce Birra Moretti, only the highest quality raw materials are used and a particular mixture of valuable hops, that gives the beer its aroma and unique fragrance, intensifying the slight bitter flavour. It is a low fermented beer that has a golden colour, the tone of which is given by the quality of malt used. The alcoholic content is 4,6% volume that make it suitable to drink at any time of the day. In fact it is a perfect accompaniment to both dinner and lunch or to drink in the evening with friends.

Bottle. Bitter/mineral smell (somewhat like Heineken in fact). Pale, disconcerting yellow with medium-light head. I remembered this being a lot better -- and maybe this batch is past its peak. A typical not-so-fresh tasting import lager... Rating may improve if this turns out to be a bad batch.

Watery, little consistent cream, metallic taste, very weak aroma and coloration and none aftertaste.

Typical Italian pilsen, with a very weak aroma, taste and coloration. Nothing more to say...

Copper color, thin head, really, nothing all that spectacular, but not bad either. When I first tried it I actually thought it was a Sam Adams Boston Ale. Available at the Spaghetti Warehouse.

Pale, thin, and bland, but drinkable. Typical Eurolager in aroma and flavor. Its not terrible, mostly just boring.

Consumed from a bottle at a local Italian deli/eatery. Smelled like Miller Lite, tasted like Miller Lite. Passable if guzzled very cold on a hot summer day. Other than that, I’d avoid this and opt for something with flavor.
