Poured an amber-red body with a huge thick white head that went away slowly. Light sweetish dusty malty nose with notes of caramel. Slightly acidic taste, notes of chocolate and grain, again acidity in the finish. Despite an obvious infection ends up being balanced if a bit light but that still doesn’t save the fact that it’s acidic when it shouldn’t be. heavy (852), Split, Croatia

Poured orange to brown body with some medium to bigger head. Good nose, some orange and caramel yeast. Unfortunately, flavor was ruined as well as in their Weizen. Is it infected batch, beer of just old I wouldn’t know. Yeasty and malty body helps it to feel something of a beer, and I can’t stop thinking how it would be really great beer without that sourness. Even the finish is quite pleasant with fine caramel. Will try to rerate if again hang around Genova. LordCorkscrew (982), Ronco Scrivia (GE), Italy
