Draught, Ambasciata di Recco, Genoa. Misty orange-golden body. Odd agrumey nose, something strange about it. Acidic odd agrumey taste, completely off, a bit funky too. Not completely offensive and drinkable in that state but far, faaaaaar from what a hefe should be.

10/10 Draught at the L’Ambasciata di Recco, Genova. Murky pale yellow bodied with medium sized and compact head. Fine aroma, yeasty and estery bubblegum, typical for the style. Flavor however, was sour, don’t really get how, we thought it might be a bit old barrel, but supposedly isn’t made well. Some esters may be felt beyond that. Sour finish. Ruined beer which you can’t enjoy.

No head, hazy yellow-orange. Old dog poop (the poop being old, not the dog); wheat and/or other grains. Meaty esters in the taste, not fermented out, soupy; seems to bubble out of a fermenting tank in problems. Light body, despite the former: it’s as suspended undiluted grist. Disappointing, unfinished beer.
