Apr 28, 2008 Updated: Jun 12, 2008Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Hazy orange colour, massive creamy head. Lovery aroma of orange, coriander and cinnamon. Fairly dry, juic and fruity. Light and fresh with rounded spritzy mouthfeel. Lovely complex flavour with everything from dough to orange jam and bitter herbs. Long herbal bitterness. Perhaps the juicy flavour dies a bit early, but it has remarkable qualities!

Jul 1, 2008 Hazy dirty blonde colour. Complex herbal/spicy aroma with flowers, green peppercorn, maybe some thyme or lemongrass - there’s a lot of subtle stuff. Very bright herbal taste - lots of herbal bitter dryness, subtle florals, assertive yeast, clove, leaf herbs...crazy complexity, lots of fun. Liquorice accents. Fun stuff.

Jun 7, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Spiced and wheaty aroma. Solid spiced cinnamon and some ginger flavour. Ends dry and bitter with a solid spice note. Too spiced

Sep 30, 2008 Bottled@SBWF2008. Hazy nutbrown colour, mediumsized white fluffy head. Aroma is pumpkin pie, some hops and mild spices. Flavour is the same with a lot of grassyness. Mild barnyardy notes too.

Jun 1, 2008 (draft) Beige head atop cloudy light amber body, nice lacing. Aroma is medium sweet, straw, some pepper, spicy, light honey. Taste is medium sweet, straw, some cpicy/pepper, grassy, light honey, rye. Somewhat dry finish. Smooth medium body, light acidity. Very easy drinking.
