Pours amber with a nice, lasting head. Smells of green jalapenos, peppery, spicy, dry malt, perfumy. Tastes dry and citrussy with a bite, some floral undertones, spice, sweet peppers. Unusual and interesting.

Poured a nice airy, opaque orange, with a solid undying head of foam. The aroma is delicious -- full of garden-fresh vegetables. The drink is even more enticing and flavorful! The flourish of earth, pepper, and just a kiss of ginger -- a flavor I usually don’t favor in a beer -- but in this it comes across quite nicely. A+ (#3737, 11/14/2009)

Pours turbid dark straw with 2-finger off-white head. Nose is black peppery, hopcitrus, coriander, ginger, slight funky yeasty. Tastes spicy, with coriander, honey, malt, hopcitrus, peppery, and floral notes. Complex and enjoyable, this one was a nice surprise.
