(Bottle 33 cl) Completely opaque black with a small rough beige head. Hard roasted malts in the nose. Quite full-bodied, hard roasted malt accents and some lightly sweet licorice. Hardly any bitterness. 011108

Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Opaque black with coarse beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate. Very soft and verlvetty. Like whipped cream with tar pastiles and chocolate. Laid back, yet mouthfilling. Aniseed and a very slight warming tingle from the chili comes through in the salty finish. A wonderful, well balanced beer that exceeds my expectations.

Bottled@GBBF2008. Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is very strong roasted malts and alcohol. Flavour is quite much the same with some sweet notes of wood, dark dry fruits nad sour coffee. Warming alcohol.

Bottle at LCRBM08. Good bready aroma. Creamy and vinous flavour, good pepperiness. Black colour, small brown head. Good roasted coffee aftertaste. Tastes like real pepper aftertaste.
