Apr 28, 2008 Updated: Jun 12, 2008<i>Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. </i> Opaque black with coarse beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate. Very soft and verlvetty. Like whipped cream with tar pastiles and chocolate. Laid back, yet mouthfilling. Aniseed and a very slight warming tingle from the chili comes through in the salty finish. A wonderful, well balanced beer that exceeds my expectations.

Nov 27, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours black with a diminished tan head. Smooth chocolate and mild roasted malt aroma. Mild roasted and maty flavoured with a light chocolate note and ligh acidic. Ends smooth and chocolate flavoured.

Aug 11, 2008 Bottled@GBBF2008. Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is very strong roasted malts and alcohol. Flavour is quite much the same with some sweet notes of wood, dark dry fruits nad sour coffee. Warming alcohol.

Oct 31, 2008 Bottle at LCRBM08. Good bready aroma. Creamy and vinous flavour, good pepperiness. Black colour, small brown head. Good roasted coffee aftertaste. Tastes like real pepper aftertaste.
