Aspetto usuale forse un po’ troppo chiara, ma bella torbida, anche se poca schiuma; l’aroma è molto strano, citrico, acido: hmm infezione o scelta? A me piace però, molto! C’è un fondo di banana ma il sentore principale è proprio quello agrumato; il sapore è simile anche se più convenzionale e ha una nota sbruciacchiata/amarognola nel finale che non ci sta poi tanto bene perché non convince come intensità però allo stesso tempo guasta un po’ l’equilibrio della birra. Tutto sommato però è una dignitosissima e originale variazione sul tema.
