| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 12, 2006 Hazed amber color with a larger beige head. Sweeter aromas with pale malts, light nondescript fruit, perhaps grapes and apricots. Mild dark candi flavors in flux with some raisins, and a heavy yeast influence. A light fruit brew that has a amber backdrop. Somewhat boring when the rubber hits the road. 1FastSTi (2569), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 12, 2006 Thanks John. The beer aroma is black currant jam. The beer pours to a coppery pine colored body with a nice white head. Chunks in the bottom. The flavor is sweet and jammy with some currants and cherries. The palate is nicely carbonated with a good texture. DougShoemaker (2856), Toronto, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 26, 2006 Slight fruit nose, lots of hops and some malt. Apricot, pours a huge, short lived head. Mild fruit flavour, some nice malt. Light bodied, sweet yet refreshing. Really good! glkaiser (1171), Seattle, Washington, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 13, 2006 Tasted at SIBF. Finally putting the rating in! Enjoyed this one, but not sure I’d want a whole bottle. I even had an abundance of head on my little 4oz sample...reminded me of a flemish sour. Very light and drinkable. aracauna (2391), Georgia, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 3, 2006 Pours a cloudy, chunky amber although it’s been sitting upright and undisturbed for a while now. Soft fruitiness and esters and a touch of malt. The body is heavily carbonated, but the flavor is fairly soft malts and fruits. blu (11), Villorba, Italy

Appearance: orange, sparkling, rocky head.
Flavor: medium sweetness, light sour.
Palate: astringent, long finish, creamy, fizzy,
light body.
This is a troublesome beer because it is very delicate and difficult to preserve. I usually drink it in special occasions and I regulary keep a couple of bottles in my cellar. If not in perfect state the beer is not balaced and have too much haze, astringency and yeast flavour. TheBeerGod (3163), Newport News, Virginia, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Aug 24, 2006 Well, to call this a sparkling ale is an understatement. I kept this refridgerated for days nad upon opening it is literally exploded all over the table and every bit I pours into my glass foamed up and over. I maybe got half of the bottle. The rest waste and foam. Ruddy amber. Cloudy. Enormous head on this. It’s mainly foam. Nose is fruity, light berries, currants, some wheaty or grainy notes. Light yeast notes as well. Tastes much the same - fruit notes, light wheat and yeast. Body is light but extremely effervescent. Too much carbonation in this which unfortunately detracts from it. Finishes with more berryish notes, wheat/grains and light yeast. KnutAlbert (3191), Oslo, Norway
