Shady dark orange color, white head. Acidic and manure scent, some milk. Sour acidic strange taste, apple cider also. Infected perhaps? Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Dec 1, 2007 Old rating off a pile of forgotten notes. I’m betting this one is courtesy after4ever? Pours hazy bright copper with a thin off-white head. Light body and carbonation. Soft taste of berries, dry finish.

Nov 26, 2007 750ml bottle @ RBNAG’07. Hazy orange body with a huge off-white head. Aroma is a bit acid, yeast and fruity. Flavor is sour, fresh, fruity (blackcurrants) and some kind of sweet soap! Rather light body with medium finish. Interesting.

Nov 16, 2007 Bottle @ Italian tasting @ YNWA, Kolding. Pours a muddy pale deep orange with a gigantic bubbly white head. Okay lacing. Aroma is grapes, black currants and ligthly tart.Lively and fresh mouthfeel. Flavour begins malty sweet with fruity grapes, some apples and black currants. Finish is very dry with lots of hops at the end. Is this a wine or a beer? Still it is rather wonderful.
