From tap at Bir and Fud. Pours hazy orange with a fully diminished white head. Cinnamon aroma, light acidic. Flavour is dry cinnamon flavoured. Plain and simply.

Hand pump. Perfect ale appearance, very fruity, malty and obvious cinnamon, but far more balanced and less intrusive than I remember it was last year version. In mouth first perceive cinnamon, but fruitiness, maltiness and a dry bitter end mingle perfectly. Very nice retronasal hoppiness. Really a dangerous beer.

Spicy. Smooth, low carb, warm taste, well bitter, partially malt. Some sweetness, delicate spices. Long end. Good, not extreme.

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy amber color; thick creamy head. Spicy aroma, of cloves above all. Smooth taste, low carbonation (hand pumped, I don’t know if it can be considered cask conditioned), warm, well bitter, partially malty, some sweetness, delicate spices. Good, not extreme. Long final.

Pale orange colour, cloudy, with a thin, persistent and very creamy head. Spicy and hoppy aroma with lavender (?) Hints. The flavour is smooth, creamy, and spicy, with a well balanced bitterness. Nice hoppy aftertaste. Delicious!
