Courtesy TheCheeseMan. Cloudy light straw color with a broken head. Odd vinegary/brine aroma, light spicy, a hint of funk. Lightly briny taste, some citrus, grain. As with the Te, the brine character really is too much for me. I don’t know what makes this happen, but I’m finding I don’t like it so much.

Sampled at the Carolina Crew tasting last month. Light yellow pour. Lightly sour and tart aroma. Tart and floral taste. Lots of flavor for such a low ABV.

Hazy orange head with Tartness, a lot of carbonated spice. Dry, watery finish with a healthy amount of funk on the caboose . Sleepy brought this back from Birrificio in Italy.

Bottle at Carolina Crew tasting. Saw this on sale at Sam’s and was put off by all the spices. Overall, though, this was a very solid beer. Cloudy bright orange pour with white head. Tart aroma. Citrus, rosehips, vegetable notes. Some bread. Solid, and a nice low-alcohol beer. Great way to start off the night.
