Commercial Description:
La Fleurette has an amazingly unsual character and complexity despite its very little 3.8% alc/vol.

Ingredients:
- Malts: pilsner and rye
- Hops: Kent Goldings
- Yeast: Saccharomyces Cerevistiae
- Whole Roses & Violets
- Citrus Bee Honey
- Elderberry
- Black Pepper

Hazy orange head with Tartness, a lot of carbonated spice. Dry, watery finish with a healthy amount of funk on the caboose . Sleepy brought this back from Birrificio in Italy.

Bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a small white head. Rich malty aroma and taste with floral notes. Yeast at bottom. Fruity finish.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Slightly sour moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Watery palate.

Bottle &#64; YNWA, Kolding.<br /> Pours muddy yellow with practically no head. Aroma is lemony, lightly tart. Good deal of oranges and floral notes. Low carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is soft, lightly fruity tart, oranges, wood and brett. Light dryness. Okay, but not terribly balanced.

Italian Tasting at FOF, Gyngen, Aarhus, DK Bottled, 291008. Orange with white head. Aroma of lots of flora and some berries. Flavor of frutti bosco, blackcurrant and a tone of sourness. Very refreshing
