Commercial Description:
Negra!® is a black double malt beer produced by way of infusion, with approximately 6.5% alcohol by volume (16.5 Plato degrees). Bitter due to the high amount of roasted malt but with a pleasant hint of sweetness, it packs a punch but is light, with a subtle hoppy taste. After primary fermentation, the beer undergoes a very long maturation process that lasts between four and six weeks .

Deep brown colour, great creamy, persistent, head. Malty aroma. Really good flavour: roasted malt with a little bit of sweetness in the finish. Nice malty aftertaste, quite bitter. Another good beer from this brewery!

Brown, dark color; creamy, yoghurt-like head.
Intense malt aroma, delicate roasted malt, leaning on the fruity.
Full body, smooth, powerful, perfect balance of residual sweetness, bitterness and roasted malt.
Also the palate presents the same marriage of characteristics, being quite original; delicate roasted malt.
A great classic, harmonious, smooth, pretty sweet.
