Commercial Description: Negra!® is a black double malt beer produced by way of infusion, with approximately 6.5% alcohol by volume (16.5 Plato degrees). Bitter due to the high amount of roasted malt but with a pleasant hint of sweetness, it packs a punch but is light, with a subtle hoppy taste. After primary fermentation, the beer undergoes a very long maturation process that lasts between four and six weeks .
