Commercial Description: Rossoscuro® is a rather dry double malt red beer produced by way of infusion, with 5.7% alcohol by volume (15.1 Plato degrees). A smaller amount of hops (only Hallertauer Magnum) compared to Tipopils® is added, but Rossoscura® has a rather bitter taste due to the use of roasted malt.
After a rather long primary fermentation phase, the beer is matured for two to three weeks .
Rossoscura® was produced between April 3, 1996 and October 27, 1997, and it very well might return in the near future for special occasions.
