Bottle at GBBF ’09. Thanks to Phil. Gold with a small white head. Nettly aroma with a bit of barnyard. Grainy taste with a little soapiness. Sharp bitter finish. Another startling, interesting Italian beer.

Bottle. Sour cherry and barely malt with light hay hops aroma. Golden yellow color with small head. Creamy malt flavor with moderate grassy hops finish - very nice beer.

From bottle@Københavnske Øldage 2009. A firm white head head upon a foggy, extremely pale yellow colored body. Aroma is nice blend of grassy and fruity hops and crisp grain. Much of the same goes for the flavor; a fresh, semi-dry, grainy malt body supporteb by generous amount of grassy and fruity hops. Properly light-bodied. Fresh, yet smooth in the mouth. A very good Pilsener with top drinkability.

Golden with a small white head. Slightly fruity aroma, with pineapple notes, on top of nice malt. Sweet, but hoppy flavour with a good bitterness.

Bottled 75cl. Courtesy of Daniele. It pours a hazy golden beer. Both nose (which is remarkably strong) and taste are reminiscent of breakfast cereals, goat’s cheese, hemp and chestnuts. Hop accentuated. I can feel a numbing sensation at the top of the tongue. Decent bitterness. Dry finish. Interesting. Thanks Daniele!
