chiara schiuma abbondante e persistente sentori maltati miele leggero floreale ma non intensa in bocca abbsastanza delicata sentore maltati poi leggero amaro che risalta più nel retrogusto

First batch tasted. Hazy bond color; huge head. Excellent hop aroma. Medium body strength, some malt flavor, some residual sweetness, with a respectable ending bitterness, growing at the end, possibly with a light grapefruit fruitness and bitterness.
Second batch tasted. The aroma takes some time to develop, revealing good Saaz; the flavor is better, smooth, quite malty, and the mix with the bitterness is well done; there is also a touch of honey.

Amber colour, hazy. Pretty simple aroma and taste. Ordinary palate, a bit aromatic. The dangers of brewing with malt extracts…
