The beer pours from the bottle a clear gold, the head is average in size, creamy in texture and the color bright white, as it settles quickly, the lace forms a velum like sheet on the glass. Nose is sweet malt, crisp and clean, start has a fair grain presence with a little bitterness at the back, top is light in feel. Finish has a standard acidity, the hops mild and pleasing, the aftertaste dry as a bone, a nice drinkable beer.

Pale blond color, German head. It has a light hop and honey aroma. Clean body, light malty flavor, strong bitterness. Easy.

May 11, 2008 Pours a nice golden yellow color with a minimal fizzy white head. Aromas of grains, straw, hops, and a hint of fruit. Flavor is a nice crisp pilsner taste. Starts grainy with touches of pepper and fruit and finishes with a mellow hop.

May 1, 2008 Pours clear light yellow with white head. Grassy aroma with some hop notes. Bland flavor with some hops in the finish. Thin body with moderate carbonation. Unimpressive.

Apr 1, 2008 a clear pale gold beer with a large frothy white head. sweet corn flakes, honey, and grain aroma. very grainy grainy flavor and quite bitter. not as sweet as the aroma would suggest. light corn flakes. light bodied. dry finish. better than many, but far from great.
