The aroma has notes of caramel and wheat. The flavour has alight sweetness, notes of banana, wheat, caramel and a very light citrussy bitterness. It’s an OK dark weiss, but far from outstanding. downender (1533), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England Aug 18, 2007 Bottle. Dark brown colour with a big, off-white head.
