Dec 26, 2007 One of their driest ciders. I’m ipressed they were able to ferment apples to this level of crispness. Pours light yellow and still with some residual touches of carbonation. Tastes of pronounced fermented cry apples with hints of underlying tartness. Mouthfeel is textured and the finish on this is very dry with some nice elements of late season apples.
