Bison Farmhouse Ale

Clear amber with a foamy beige head. Aroma is cherry, honey, peach, and some tart. Taste is sweet and tart sort of a tea texture. Just a bit of roast finish.

Really becoming a big saison fan in this hot FL weather. Pours a hazy yellow amber with medium white head. Aromas of spicy malts and pineapples. Very bubbly on the palate with some spicy dried fruit notes. Very enjoyable.

Shared at Butters Big Blowout. Hazy golden pour with small particulate and wispy white head. Nose is sweet and spicy, like black pepper and rose petals. Flavor is like a hefewiezen, and bitter lemony finish. with large carbonation and a tart ending.

Butters Big Blowout. Pours a hazy orange with off white head. Some cake floating around. Bready aroma with hints of citrus aroma, mild hop. Similar taste with carbonated bitter finish. Too much carbonation.

Light, brown yellow in color. Faded fruit flavors. I agree that it isn’t very saisonish. . Not much farmhouse funk either. But not unpleasant at all. An easy drink. Just a super light ale

Bottle at Butters Big Cellar Blowout! Pours a white head fine bubble white head with a gold body. Smells of banana peel and some spice. Flavors of banana and white pepper. Nice carbonation and tartness.

22oz Bottle. Soft flower and pepper nose, quiet, but yeasty and inviting. Pours a clear dark gold, with a nice soft lace in white. Flavor throws off a nicely yeast forward beer with lots of soft white fruits and bits of spice over a good pilsener malt base. Fresh, bright and clean, largely. A good example. Some glowing hops pull up the back end, for balance. A very nice, flavorful, balanced rendition that’s really easy to enjoy. Nice.

a lil’ harsh, not quite "saison," but good overall: vinous, bready aroma; lightly cloudy gold-orange body with gold highlight and average white head and lacing; mineral water, semi-sweet and grainy flavor; somewhat smooth; okay, good.
