Commercial Description:
Our organic "Tripple-style" ale contains hints of fruit, most notably plums, and was made with authentic Belgian candi crystals, organic malts, water, and yeast. The brew is balanced witha robust maltiness, a touch of coriander, and the subtle spiciness of organic Cascade hops.

Bottle. Appearance was a large fizzy white head that was mostly lasting, decent amount of lacing, hazy, visible carbonation, and a yellow golden hue. Nose was malty, hoppy, sweet, spicy, and clove. Flavor was bitter, spicy, fruity, sweet, and hoppy. Tingly, hoppy mouthfeel. Medium body.

Barely a hiss as the cap comes off, pouring to a transparent, bold, sugary urine yellow color. A grease splotch sits on top and there’s intermittent lacing at best. Coriander is fiercely present in the aroma, as-is a cardamom meets cream soda character. Vanilla bean, cotton blossom and ginger rock candi suffice for the rest of the smelling portion. Sweetness lives here, as the flavor verifies a vanilla and margarine flavored graham extension, pulling immediately to the forefront. Carbonation is seriously undermined, leaving a sickly ginger and flat cream soda flavor and feel, piping out exponentially with the coriander seed bedding with moth balls and matzah balls. Spoiled cantaloupe is glazed with an astringent, sticky nectar while cattails and feverfew get muddled with dandelion stains on the tongue. A sickening bitterness clings to the left side of the tongue with a pale molasses flavor in the finish. Definitely a catastrophe.

I really really liked this one. Casa Tucker- Bottle: Deep orange color with a nice head. Nice yeast and fruit nose. Oranges, yeast and loads of coriander in the taste- long lasting aftertaste.

Orange honey pour. Nose hints at a hoppy, bittersweet treat. Taste is a alchohol masked around bitter hops, some clowed honey, yeast and malts. coriander and vanilla make their rounds. Balanced and clean, maybe a bit too clean. Not too bad, but a little outside a tripel.

This rating average is a travesty. Thanks to Matta for this one. The pour is hazy dark straw with 2-finger fluffy off-white head that gets bigger with every repour. The aroma is spicy, fruity, floral, with orange zest and coriander. The flavor is candi sugary in the malt arena, with hops, apricot fruit, some spices, floral notes, and orange zest. Anyone who has this and dislikes it, please send it to me.

Bomber poured a cleargold with a minimal white head. Aromas of fruit, coriander, a hint of honey and yeast. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of apples, pears, spices and a touch of honey with a dry lingering sweet finish.

"Tripple Style"? This was one dimensional and uneventful. Lots of hops for a "tripple", well masked alcohol, thing crisp and somewhat sweet, but very little complexity or much of anything to write home about

Pours a light brown color with no head to be seen. Aroma is slightly sweet. Flavor was light and sweet. I noticed no malt to this brew and it was way to thin.
