Commercial Description:
Our organic "Tripple-style" ale contains hints of fruit, most notably plums, and was made with authentic Belgian candi crystals, organic malts, water, and yeast. The brew is balanced witha robust maltiness, a touch of coriander, and the subtle spiciness of organic Cascade hops.

8.1%, had no idea. Interesting for sure. Malty and interesting smell. Pours light brown with no head at all. Sweet and fruity tasting. The beer has no lingering taste, and it leaves you very quick. When compared to the other brews drank tonight, this one has no chance.

bomber from Degarth. Pour looks like a Tripel mixed with a bud. No head and barely any lacing. Smells like a watery Tripel thats hopped. Taste like slightly sweet belgian eas water. Rubbery aftertate. Notalush put it best, it seems organic beers really just taste bad. Pass on this hoppy belgian-like watery crap.

22oz bomber from Knightly Spirits, no date. Pours a cloudy golden with no head. Aroma of yeast, orange, bananas, a little musty and some alcohol. Not finding the Cascades in either aroma of flavor. Flavor follows aroma. There is some bitterness, though I think that’s what may be putting me off on this. Weird bitterness. Light to medium bodied, barely discernible carbonation. My lowest rated tripel thus far.

The aroma is sweet and spicy with coriander and some banana. The appearance is golden with a head that is small. The palate is about right for Belgian ale. The flavor has all the elements of the aroma plus citrus, fruit, and more bread like malt than I was expecting. Overall, this is another top quality organic ale by Bison.

so i cracked this open and it poured a clouded daRK yellow with a white head. smells of honey and lemony corriander. then before i could get a taste my phone rings. it’s a drunk kaggie97 making phone calls, things are lookin up. i take a sip and light toffee, with lime zest and some fruit.the flavors are negatively affected by the dry stale hop finish. a bit of yeasty/banana tang to this. the alcohol stays in the background, but the lingering metallic taste is not making me happy. i preferred the ramblings of a drunk kaggie97 to this beer.

Bottled. Pours a slightly hazy orange/red color. Fairly sweet aroma. Hint of yeast and fruitiness. Somewhat thick mouthfeel. Sweet upfront with a bit of yeastines. Some spice is noticable. Somewhat bitter hoppy finish.

Golden orange, with virtually no head. vegetable, musty aroma, plus a whiff of graham cracker. Surprisingly crisp at forst, then a honey-ish, sweet bread aroma. Flinty, dryish finish.
