Fruity aroma of lemon and pineapple with some sugar. Flavor starts sugary sweet and finishes dry and bitter. Warming at the end. beeryum (652), Norcross, Georgia, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 20, 2005 Bottle, pale clear gold color. Yeasty corriander smell, a little floral. Light yeasty flavors with corriander. I felt the Belgian candi was too pronounced and sweet, and the beer seemed a little thin. Wakie (612), Centreville, Virginia, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 24, 2005 Shockingly unoriginal taste and aroma for a trip. Was more along the lines of a standard Belgian Ale. Somewhat light, mildly floral. Very pronounced bittering hops but not over the top. Still, I expected much more than it actually delivered. blank (998), Washington, Washington DC, USA

The flavor was pleasent, but way below what i was expecting for a triple. I think i’ll take my belgys non-organic please kujo9 (1077), North Ridgeville, Ohio, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Oct 14, 2005 22 oz bottle: Lightly hazy golden w/ a quickly collapsing white head. Aroma is sort of a coriander/band aid/ grassy hop combo at first. Soft malt with a bit of sugary sweetness. Hints of plum fruitiness and lemony citrus as it warms. Well balanced overall! Coriander, alcohol, a bit of grainy malt flavor and a hint of bitterness at the very end. Overall sweet finish though and fairly bland. Not a lot of spicyness from the yeast a bit disappointing. Only hints of pepper. A bit of sugary sweetness at the beginning of the finish. Medium carbonation, warming alcohol, lighter medium body. Overall, a bit lacking for a tripel. Organic or not, it lacks complexity, but it is still an enjoyable beer, just don’t expect too much! ukoolaid (572), Amherst, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 22, 2005 Bottle. Clear golden/orange w/dissapearing white head. Aroma had spice and light alcohol. Taste has coriander, candy sugar, and a touch of apple. Pretty smooth. It’s not outstanding in any way, but it’s very drinkable. Drew (2409), Kent, Ohio, USA

The taste brought more old spice flavors - It’s possible that maybe we tried an old bottle, but I’ll re-rate when we try it again. Really, the flaovrs were nice - typical malty spicy tripel style flavors, but they just seemed deadened. Boutip (2376), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Aug 29, 2005 Bottle (shared with Capflu, DumDum and Lubière): Poured a light golden color ale with a small head without much retention. Floral aroma with weak Belgian yeast. Taste is a mix between some coriander, a bit of candi sugar and some subtle floral malt. Body is definitely too thin and this beer lacks character. Thanks Lubière.
