Commercial Description:
Our organic "Tripple-style" ale contains hints of fruit, most notably plums, and was made with authentic Belgian candi crystals, organic malts, water, and yeast. The brew is balanced witha robust maltiness, a touch of coriander, and the subtle spiciness of organic Cascade hops.

Clear golden orange, moderate head with decent lacing and retention. Aroma is very clean with some fruity notes, sugar, lighter peppers, honey, touch of hops. Flavor is more sugary with some alcohol in the finish. Somewhat sweet. Promising nose, but after that meh.

I was only able to have one bottle of this, but from that limited sample, this appears to be greviously underrated here. The brewery succeeded where so many U.S. breweries fail with trippels--the thing had real body, almost a soft texture and no unseemly acidity. It was terribly well-integrated and a real treat.

Sweet tripel, citrus fruit aroma, medium spice. Coriander, orange peel and clove. Not dry enough, a touch to thick on the palate, but a nice beer. Light tropical fruit notes from the esters in the finish.

Clear golden color with a thick white head. Aroma of pineapple, citrus, apple, a hint of melon, with some graininess and a slight hint of spices. Flavors were very sweet and citrusy, with a good amount of alcohol. Hints of coriander and a yeasty spiciness. Maybe a bit overly sweet. Heavily carbonated, super bubbly mouthfeel with a slick sugariness. Overall not bad at all, and not too expensive.

Bottle... Poured a foggy bright orange color with a moderate white head. Aroma of fruit, malt and cloves. I’m usually fond of the palates these belgians have, nice carbonation but too overpowering. Sweet, fruity and honey flavors which give way to malt and a little hop bitterness. Also, other flavors of orange peel and a yeasty presence.

22oz bottle pours golden with very little head. Aromas of slight corriander, yeast, and some pear. Flavor is lots of corriander, yeast, some orange peel, and some earthiness, and really not much else. Palate seems vastly undercarbonated to me. Almost flat mouthfeel. Pretty average as has been all of the beers I’ve tried from this brewer..
