| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Mar 17, 2007 This was the 16th beer of the night at the tasting, so it may be a little high, but one thing you could immediately taste is the orange zest and coriander and it stays throughout. I like it a lot. Nice flavor and spiciness. rmussman (906), California, USA

The biggest standout of this beer was the sweetness, but somehow the body wasn’t surppy like many sweet brews, the body was actually quite light. It was almost like a belgian ale soda, but in a good way. The lace stayed on the side. It smells sweet spicy with something peppery. It tastes like spicey sour malt. The follow through flavour is a little too nutmeggy. Yeah, that’s exactly it. It tastes like fresh ground nutmeg. Definitely a winter brew, and it’s closer to my idea of a spiced holiday beer than a Belgian. Tmoney99 (4792), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
