Commercial Description:
Our organic "Tripple-style" ale contains hints of fruit, most notably plums, and was made with authentic Belgian candi crystals, organic malts, water, and yeast. The brew is balanced witha robust maltiness, a touch of coriander, and the subtle spiciness of organic Cascade hops.

Aroma of yeast and spices. Pours dark orange. Moderate mouth feel. Strong spicy, hoppy flavor. A fair bit of wheat. Smooth finish.

Gold color, clingy head. Sweet honey malt, spicy notes--corriander. Heavy body. Very nice. Clean and sophisticated brew.

This was the 16th beer of the night at the tasting, so it may be a little high, but one thing you could immediately taste is the orange zest and coriander and it stays throughout. I like it a lot. Nice flavor and spiciness.

Sampled out of a bottle. Has a nice pour with little head. Has a nice cloudy appearance and a hoppy fruity aroma. Mouthfeel is smooth with a light aftertaste. Flavor is full bodied and has a boutiful taste of hops.

I thought this was a solid belgian. The corriander was quite evident. The biggest standout of this beer was the sweetness, but somehow the body wasn’t surppy like many sweet brews, the body was actually quite light. It was almost like a belgian ale soda, but in a good way.

Light hazy straw colour, medium head that fell pretty quickly... perhaps my glass was dirty or something. The lace stayed on the side. It smells sweet spicy with something peppery. It tastes like spicey sour malt. The follow through flavour is a little too nutmeggy. Yeah, that’s exactly it. It tastes like fresh ground nutmeg. Definitely a winter brew, and it’s closer to my idea of a spiced holiday beer than a Belgian.

Bottle. Poured hazy amberr with an large frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeasty sweet aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium complex sweet citrus flavor with a medium sweet small alcohol finish of moderate duration.

Bomber from Ledgers; Nose of floral hops and a little spice; slightly hazed gold with a medium yellowish head; flavor has some mild hop bitterness, mixed with citrus and spices.
