Commercial Description:
Our organic "Tripple-style" ale contains hints of fruit, most notably plums, and was made with authentic Belgian candi crystals, organic malts, water, and yeast. The brew is balanced witha robust maltiness, a touch of coriander, and the subtle spiciness of organic Cascade hops.

22 oz bomber. Nice but average looking ale, bright, clear golden yellow with a very small white head, that goes very quick. Aroma is spicy with what i pick up as dark honeyeish tones, slightly yeasty and curiously i pick up dry roasted peanut!!! Nice semi-sweet malty taste finished off by pepper like spices an some hint of dark fruits, lemon skin and clove. Its rather average on the palate but I think this helps out in a beer this strong in alcohol and flavour. Overall a nice beer, nothing fancy but drinkable.

22oz bomber. Well first thing. This looks and smells like a German lager. It had a golden color with thin white head. The carbonation seemed on the low side. The aroma was sweet lightly roasted malts, citrus and floral hops. The flavor has some sweet malts then the coriander and citrus – grapefruit hops mix to create a floral type flavor. The taste is growing on me as I consume the beer. There is a full grapefruit and slight coriander after taste that sticks with you for a while.

Kind of a straightforward, uncomplicated drink, but tasty enough. The body is a slightly hazed gold with a dense head that lingers throughout most of the drink. The aroma is sweet malt with plums, cherries, and a light sopay yeast. Lively body. The flavor maintains the fruitiness joined by coriander and black pepper. Decent.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a extremely large sized head of all foam finely sized bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a hazy typically carbonated dark yellow colored body. The aroma was malty musty and mild spice. The mouth feel was tingly at the start with a mellow finish. The flavor contained notes of malt fruity mild spice dough and wheat. An OK brew just nothing special.

Bottle. Head is initially small, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy medium to dark yellow, unfiltered. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain), lightly hoppy (herbs), lightly yeasty (basement, cobwebs), with light notes of coriander, lemon zest, clove, and pepper. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. Not what I would call a tripel, but a surprisingly competent strong Belgian golden ale.

Bomber. Beer is hazy, medium gold with an average-sized, white, frothy head.
The aroma is pretty all-together. More like a BSA than a Tri. Malty with light notes of toasted grain, sweet caramel, cookie; Hoppy with moderate note of minty fresh-cut grass, straw, chamomile; Yeasty with light notes of barnyard, dough; Light note of coriander, light note of banana, trace white pepper, muted green apple peel.
The flavor is lightly sweet, lightly-to-moderately bitter, trace acidic/dry with a long, moderately bitter, lightly sweet finish. Bready retros.
More like a BSA in the mouth, too—and perhaps a little light even for that. The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is lively.

Pours hazy golden orange with a good sized snow white head. The aroma has lots of coriander, some sweetness and some Belgium earthiness. Medium body with lots of sharp carbonation. The taste starts with a floral sweetness, grainy earthy malts and some spicy hops. The finish has spicy hops and some earthiness than lingers. A decent attempt at the style.
