Aug 23, 2007 (22oz bottle) Medium off-white head that leaves nice lacing atop hazy apple juice body. Aroma is mild, medium sweet, honey/caramel, light grassy. Taste is medium sweet, herbal/grassy/earthy, some caramel/bread, apple. Soft, light-medium body, alcohol well hidden.

Jan 21, 2007 Pours a transparent orange bronze with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Sweet pale malty aroma has some corn and floral European hoppy notes. Starts fairly full and malty sweet with some German lager yeasty notes and a touch of floral, slightly grapefruity hops. Overall, could use a little more balance and a more authentic malt bill.

Feb 23, 2007 The body’s a hazy deep gold and the bubbly head lasts none too long. The aroma is sweet and worty with a light grassiness on top. Medium bodied.
