Bottle. Aroma has moderate caramel and roasted for the malt, moderate pine for the hops, light broth for the yeast, and pepper and dust in the background. Head is frothy, white, with good lacing, and is mostly diminishing. Color is amber/copper. Flavor is lightly sweet and acidic to start, and lighty acidic, moderately bitter and a little salty in the finish. It has a very nice palate feel with a medium body, creamy texture, and has a soft carbonation. It finishes lightly astringent. A good IPA and very drinkable, but nothing reached and grabbed me to say great.

12 oz. Clear, copper-orange with a medium-sized and lasting head. Orange-grapefruit and sweet, dry cereal aroma. Flavors of earthy grains, spicy tea leaves, some grapefruit and slight cocoa. Palate is creamy smooth and medium-bodied. Pleasant, slightly different hop blend from the usual West Coast citrus-pine AIPA flavors is appreciated.

Liquorloft tallahassee. smell light hops citrus like but mostly sweet malt, caramel. taste was how is very much EIPA. Earthy and resin like hop characteristics. fresh dirt than a semi sweet heavy malt backbone. lots of malt and light in hops but still very pleasant. Although i am more favorable to American styles this is still a great IPA.

This is a decent IPA. One sided, but that isn’t always bad. Aroma and taste both are all grassy hops. Pour was a light orange with a one finger white head. I like this style IPA sometiimes when there is very little malt character and it is just bitter hops with a puckering bitter aftertaste. Nice crisp carbonation as well.

Bison Ipa, or is it a buffalo? No aroma, rather clean. Very bitter medicine. Appears syrupy with a tea froth top. Darker than pale yellow american lagers. Very little detectable carbonation. Terribly bitter and lasting linger. Yeww, good example of an IPA. Somebody please get me an Old Heathen for a chaser.

bottle.. great pour and very clear, nice head. pretty bitter in taste for an IPA but great flavor. hell yeah for being organic :)

Bottle Clear golden pour with great white microbubble head and great lacing. Not too bitter on the aroma, no distinguished hops. Flavor is much higher in hop content. Has a bit of "organic flavor" I’ve noted in several other organics. Overall, a good IPA. Extra points for organic!

Bottle at JCT kitchen paired with the trout. I was impressed with the aroma of this one. Big floral and pine nose. Very impressive. The flavor was not my favorite hop type flavor. It was that metallic bitter sort of hoppiness. The color was a decent light brown with orange hues. Decent white head. Malt balance was unnoticeable.
