Commercial Description:
Our organic IPA uses Tomahawk, Cascade, and Centennial hops for a rustic, rough-hewn hop character that pairs great with food or relaxing among friends. Prominent citrus and pine aromas and bitterness that is not over the top balances this medium bodied copper-colored brew.

Hazy amber body with a thin white head. Sweet light floral aroma with some citrus hints. Slightly malty flavor, with some citrus hops, and a hint of floral hops.

I found it to be standard IPA with a lower bite. i could not find an advantage with organic label. I did not find any complexity but would certainly drink this in a session

12oz Bottle. Pours copper, med head/lacing. Earthy aroma kinda like farmhouse beer or an old tavern.. Heavy palate. Not a lot of complexity. Not a bad beer just not a great IPA IMO....call me a hophead and show me the bitter. $2.50/bottle @Case&Keg, Boca Raton

OK. it seems that they put a little more effort into this one as opposed to the barleywine. smell is citrusy and hoppy. flavor is somw what hoppy and had a nice grassy finish.

Sadly unimpressive. Nice orange pour with a big puffy head. Aroma is hops with a ton of malt. The flavor was the same, except it had a very soapy back with a sweet aftertaste. More wood than resin, typical of the organics. Not my kind of IPA.

12 oz bottle - exploded out of the bottle with a big tan head, but it quickly withdrew. Reddish amber. Caramel aroma. Earthy hoppiness, and a bitterness without citrus ... Tart finish.

22 oz bottle. Dark red with not much of a head. Smell is grapefruits, hops, grass and earth. Taste is similar, sweet yet still semi hoppy. A nice IPA, not something I would revisit though. Still, kind of interesting.

Bomber poured a clear copper with a lasting amber head. Aromas of earthiness, carmel and a bit of pine. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, earthinessand a faint hint of pine with a lingering lightly bitter finish.
