Commercial Description:
Our organic IPA uses Tomahawk, Cascade, and Centennial hops for a rustic, rough-hewn hop character that pairs great with food or relaxing among friends. Prominent citrus and pine aromas and bitterness that is not over the top balances this medium bodied copper-colored brew.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of yespr/Ungstrup. Slightly hazy amber golden with a creamy off-white head that leaves some lacework. Aroma of caramel and a little fruit. Medium body, sweetish fruit and caramel, some peachiness and a fairly bitter - if somewhat unrefined - finish. 120609

12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Market Charlottesville, VA. Pours a clear copper color with lots of carbonation. Medium head with good head retention and lacing. Aroma is caramel and leafy, citrus hops. Taste is bitter citrus hops with a bit of toffeeish malts. Medium bodied. Pretty decent.

I would call it an interesting IPA flavor, if I liked it, but I’m not sure I do. I’ll give it another try someday.

330 mL. Pours a clear amber with almost no head. Very little retention with minimal lacing. Aroma of caramel malt and faint resiny hops. Taste is very disappointing- that of a stale IPA where the citrus hops have turned to biter, nutty flavors. Watery mouthfeel. Aftertaste is roasted peanut skins (good call), rust, and soap. Leaves a bad, soapy taste on the palate. Not recommended.

12oz bottle from Willow Bend Liquors in Lutz, FL. Pours a cloudy amber with a very thin white head. Aroma is alot of piney hops. Flavor is a good bitter pinesap, not overpowering. Smooth, medium mouthfeel. This is a very solid IPA...I could drink alot of these...under-rated in my opinion.
