Commercial Description:
Our organic IPA uses Tomahawk, Cascade, and Centennial hops for a rustic, rough-hewn hop character that pairs great with food or relaxing among friends. Prominent citrus and pine aromas and bitterness that is not over the top balances this medium bodied copper-colored brew.

Sadly unimpressive. Nice orange pour with a big puffy head. Aroma is hops with a ton of malt. The flavor was the same, except it had a very soapy back with a sweet aftertaste. More wood than resin, typical of the organics. Not my kind of IPA.

bottle from total wine. nice amberish pour with a good white head. aroma is very hoppy wtih some citrus and earthy notes. Flavor is not what I expected from the nose. It is kind of messy in my opinion. The hops and malt seem to be battling for a place on your tongue and not working together. Its weird. Maybe the choice of malts didnt work?

Excited to find singles of this offering during a recent weekend stay in the town where I grew up. A couple of hoppy glasses of beer sounded just right, unfortunately this IPA struggled to make the standard pale ale grade. Grainy, grapefruity aroma this is pleasant but a bit timid. Minor notes of evergreen and orange peel. Nice light copper pour with a frothy white head and good lacing. Soapy mouth feel, and not very bitter. Real let down considering I was paying for hops. Flavor was good for a beer, not too good for an IPA. Nutty malts with a good biscuit quality. Some floral and fruity hop notes. Need to change the label to ’’Ale’’.

This bottle is a part of the single hop series featuring Amarillo hops. Pours a SQL injection fighting amber with mild floral hops aroma. Definitely a crisp hop taste but seems to need a bit more malt to mellow it out.

12oz bottle. copper pour. Big hop aromas of cascade. Citrus and pine. Malt and chocolate. Flavor is a sweet malt followed by a sharp bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel. Finishes with citrus notes. medium bodied.

@Indiana Beerfest-12oz bottle-pours a rich to patchy off white head that laces and gold color. Aroma is caramel-medium malt, secondary pine hops. Taste is caramel-medium malt, secondary pine hops with detractors-comes across as a dry/bitter/malty APA with over boiled hops. OK carbonation.

22oz bottle. Pours cloudy golden amber with a medium sized white head, spider web lace. Smells subdued citrus hoppy with a sligh cereal malt backbone. Tastes slight grassy and citrusy with some stale tatsing cereal malt flavors in the background. Medium body, good carbonation.
