Commercial Description:
Our organic IPA uses Tomahawk, Cascade, and Centennial hops for a rustic, rough-hewn hop character that pairs great with food or relaxing among friends. Prominent citrus and pine aromas and bitterness that is not over the top balances this medium bodied copper-colored brew.

Pours bright orange with mostly receding off-white head. Aroma of alcohol and orange, higher alcohols. Taste is orange, grapefruit and mango. Mouthfeel is full bodied with lively carbonation. Nice and easy drinking.

Thanks Jesse. Pours with a tall lasting head with aromas of wet hay and aged citrus. Full nectar with good carbonation. This is out of whack. Too much veggie in the cauldron. A little weak on the hop component. I thought I smelled some Hallertauer in there somewhere. Why is this an IPA ?

Clear orange color, little to no head that is white in color. Citrus and hops in the aroma. Slightly bitter taste with a mixture a malt and citrus flavors.

650 bottle from Bev4less.(a fresh bottle--1st day on the shelves) Pours a translucent copper color with a big white sudsy head that had good retention and lacing. The aroma is distinctly lemony with a bit of pine. The flavor showed more citrus, biter walnuts, and some sweet caramel rounding out the sides. The mouthfeel was just a bit on the thin side. The finish was long and biter-sweet. Overall:A very session-able IPA, but not one of the greats.

Poured at Bailey’s Taproom--a rich dark amber-orange body with a thick white head. Fruity, nutty, bitter, and earthy. Lots of goddamn hops in this one. Herbal, medicinal hops blast through the palate. Nice beer!

Sweet and yeasty aromas, pear, subdued floral hops. Fruity taste up front with lightly toasted malts for balance. Bitter-hop blast in mid, little grass and herb. Sour candy finish. A very decent IPA. It was different in that it had much sediment. Gives the invigorated stomach feel that a good hop-tonic will give ya.

Copper pour with small off-white head. Light hoppy nose witih bits of citrus. Flavor is bigger on malt than hops. I would say it was more like an ESB than IPA with the amount of toasty malt.

Draught Orange amber, no head left. Citrus, but also a bit acetic acid. Very citrussy hops. Malt and discreet hops in the taste. Again cigarette ashes - the glasses? Leafy notes. Light burning MF, medium bodied at least. Not very impressive, IMO.
