Commercial Description:
Our organic IPA uses Tomahawk, Cascade, and Centennial hops for a rustic, rough-hewn hop character that pairs great with food or relaxing among friends. Prominent citrus and pine aromas and bitterness that is not over the top balances this medium bodied copper-colored brew.

Draught Orange amber, no head left. Citrus, but also a bit acetic acid. Very citrussy hops. Malt and discreet hops in the taste. Again cigarette ashes - the glasses? Leafy notes. Light burning MF, medium bodied at least. Not very impressive, IMO.

Bottle. Copper body, medium off-white head, nose of PNW hops with vegetal notes. Moderate bitterness, some crystal malt character, some hop character, not bad, not great.

Pretty straight forward stuff. American hops, not British, I think. Some orange, some pine, some caramel. Not great stuff, but stood up to spicy Thai well.

Sampled in a 22oz bottle. Pours dark orange with a thin head. Has a mild hoppy texture that is easily drinkable. Use of fruits is nice and leads to a smooth drink. Aroma is very nice.

Bottle. Orange color, small white head. Bitter hoppy, grassy aroma with some creamy notes. Quite bitter hoppy, grassy and metallic flavor, floral, some perfume, and some fruits bringing balance to the beer.

Pours a light amber/copper color with a thin white head. Has a nice fresh floral aroma, and a nice taste to it, appropriately bitter and dry. A little thin in the mouth, but not bad overall.

[1069-20080201] 1pt6floz (w/ blankboy, GregClow, jerc, mds). Mild yeast aroma has a bit of grassy heather and slightly medicinal corn on the cob. Hazy, amber orange body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Grains and grassy yeast flavour has bitter hops that fades quickly. Medium body is bitter up front. Interesting.

This orange ale poured with a thin off-white head and a fruity aroma. This is a hoppy beer that starts off sweet, then is quickly overtaken by hop bitterness. The hops are nicely balanced with caramel malt, resulting in a very drinkable beer.
