Commercial Description:
Our organic IPA uses Tomahawk, Cascade, and Centennial hops for a rustic, rough-hewn hop character that pairs great with food or relaxing among friends. Prominent citrus and pine aromas and bitterness that is not over the top balances this medium bodied copper-colored brew.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of yespr/Ungstrup. Slightly hazy amber golden with a creamy off-white head that leaves some lacework. Aroma of caramel and a little fruit. Medium body, sweetish fruit and caramel, some peachiness and a fairly bitter - if somewhat unrefined - finish. 120609

Blind tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy golden color; small creamy head. Very peculiar aroma, dusty, grainy, grassy, with fruity hops. Some malt flavor, a bit grainy, with light residual sweetness, and the rest is hop juice. Quite good, but also strange.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with Larry Pitonka (thanks!). Poured a medium orange color with a very small sized off white head. Aromas of spackle (yes, the spackle I use to patch dry wall), toffee and a little nutty. Tastes of caramel and oranges. Definitely a British Style IPA and not an American hop bomb. I just couldn’t get past the spackle.
