| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 18, 2008 Slightly hazy ,light brown ale, with a huge,wonderful, tight bubbly head..light tan in colour.
Spicy aroma, some pumpkin in the malts.
Very malty, non sweet ,spiciness, pumkin shows through.Sometimes I get some "banana" esters..this is verging on a Belgian ale in spots, but quickly calms down to a good pumkin ale.
Good mouthfeel, maybe a wee bit under carbonated for style.
I liked this one and fouind it quite drinkable. PorterPounder (3147), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

Dark orangeish copper pour, glinty with a slight bubbly white head. Spicy aroma with some pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon. Flavor is full-bodied and delicious. Find some nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, and a bit of ripening vegetables. Very well done. Crisp, even mouthfeel. Enjoyed this one - appear to be the only one!. RunDWP (203), San Jose, California, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Nov 1, 2008 22 oz. bottle. Something didn’t work here. Sort of a regular ale with some off flavors, with a little pumpkin spices and some sort of rancid vegatable note, which I suppose was the pumpkin. Bison Brewing has some good brews, but I’m afraid this isn’t one of them. bb (2930), Martinez, California, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Oct 30, 2008 Bottle. Rich amber beer with an off-white head. Sweet malt aroma with some caramel and pumpkin pie spices. Malt and some vegetal flavors with backing spice and a bit of bitterness. Medium body. Lingering vegetal notes with bitterness and a bit of spice. Strange. ratman197 (3254), Arvada, Colorado, USA

Aromas of pumpkin, carmel and light spice. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of pumpkin, carmel and allspice with a smooth dry spiced finish. mjg74 (2000), La Mesa, California, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 21, 2008 Bomber from Whole Foods. Slightly sweet aroma with spices. Seems to have a pretty strong yeasty scent as well. Seems to be a pumpkin/spice beer made with a good dose of Belgian yeast. Flavors seem to clash. greenhorn1 (462), Mission Viejo, California, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Oct 21, 2008 22 oz bottle. OK, this is nasty, i can’t even choke down half the bottle. The aroma smells rotten and the flavor is watery with a pinch of spices. No pumpkin noticeable. Metallic finish. This is so bad, I am wonderinng if I got a bad bottle. I guess we will see what other people have to say.
