Light Amber color, nearly copper, medium head. Nice maltyness, slight sweetness. Refreshing beer, good aftertaste, more malty than bitter

Re-Rate 01/20/02: Pours a nice deep clear brown color, big tan head, and generous lace. Nose starts malt, sweet, slightly fruity. Sweet malts to start, very thin middle, but a nice hop bite at the weakish finish, just can’t get anything out of this brew.

Pleasant, fresh hop nose. Strong hop taste, but a napkiny finish. Certainly think enough, but a little awkward overall.

Tap @ brewery. Amber color. Good citrus in the aroma which balances with the hops. Malty flavor.

Nice medium brown with a reddish tint, mild floral aroma with a touch of fruit, snappy bite, a bit of wetness but enough lingering body. Like I say about alot of Bison’s brews -- odd but very nice.

Semi hazy amber. Creamy off white head. Steady carbonation. Piney hop aroma with caramel and light toasted malts. Crisp. Citric yet sweet, bitter yet with burnt caramel notes. Solid lacing. Turns mellower as it sits. Nice overall flavor, kinda ESB-ish if not for the Pac NW hops. A decent pale ale. Not eccentric like their other brews.

Medium copper to light brown in appearance. Good head. Smells slightly of apples and copper. Taste is malty as hell... roasty and deep.

This one poured a very fiery orange color with very light carbonation and a thin but creamy froth white head that laced moderately on the glass. Heavenly aromas of malt, grain, fruit and citrus, with the grain aspect dominating. The taste begins with an excessive malt front followed up by a nice Cascade hop bittering which dries the palate and allows the sweet malt to really work its effect in the aftertaste. Those Cascade hops are just everywhere these days. Nice palate feel, low carbonation, and nice dry ending sweetness. A nice pickup, thanks to beerguy101 for sending it my way.
