Angeloregon (2002), Portland, Oregon, USA Jul 13, 2008 Bottle from By The Bottle in Vancouver, WA-Great start your day brew! Poured a clear straw body with a thick white head. Crisp cereal flavor and a lot of nutty notes. Corn and cereal grit. A little thin, but for a N/A, quite delicious!
Maria (4380), Thisted, Denmark Oct 2, 2008 It’s golden with a dense head. The aroma isn’t very charming with notes of mash. The flavour has sweetness and notes of boiled vegetables (mostly cabbage). It ends on a dry note and the overall impression is thin. sir_Pino (588), Zawiercie / Żywiec, Poland Sep 3, 2008 No482

Bottle brown, 330 ml
Appearance: Pours pale golden, perfectly clear and intensively carbonated, well saturated body, head is initially medium in size than slowly decreasing to small, frothy, dense with an impressive lacing as for such a beer style.
Aroma: Very pure clean aroma of gentle chalkyness, notes of barley grains but very thin, rice, lemony hoppyness and tomato accents, typical for a clean Low Alcohol beer. Notes of whipped cream and milk. Very pleasant but mild.
Flavour: Very pure, clean, crystallic clear taste, accidity, saltyness and strong chalkyness, distinctive notes of hoppy bitterness, extremely high astringent, lingering on palate, finish duration is medium, notes of tomato soup and rice, gentle lime, bitter hoppyness.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery, dust, chalk, cardboard, finish feel is highly astringent, very salty, clean and somehow flat, carbonation on palate is rather soft.
