Light malt, good bitter hops, dry finish. Clean and refreshing character. Very drinkable. Good Pils. Label says "Germanys #1 Draft beer", who knew? phishpond417 (1953), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | May 31, 2008 this beer pours a semi cloudy golden colour, pours clean with basically no head, little lacing, aromas of great skunk, green beans and corn. Tasted is relatively dissapointing, dull, grain, pear and corn flavors. Rciesla (3777), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 5/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | May 26, 2008 Bottle. This traditional pilsner pours a traditional pale body with a bitter hop character. Nothing special here. cblado (150), Wisconsin, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | May 26, 2008 12 oz can. Complimentary with hotel room. Color was a translucent yellow. Aroma was nearly non-existent, a small amount of astringent malty flavor. Flavor had a bit of hops, but was similarly astringent. Not a lot to it. I won’t be drinking this again. | 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 19, 2008 500ml can. Somehow this ended up in my fridge. Watery with a bitter finish. I havent tried bad beer in a while, so this was a good change of pace. This seems overrated Strykzone (1496), Wood River, Illinois, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 16, 2008 Clear golden body with a head that lasts only seconds but leaves an interesting rotating swirl. Somewhat floral and herbal. It is one of those beers best described as "easy drinking." There isn’t anything to not like but not a lot happening, either.
