Initially lemony, then strong herbal and cut grass flavours, becoming a little dry and sour in the aftertaste. Refreshing, not a bad lager, but there’s nothing here to distinguish it from other central European brews of this genre. Petrucci914 (591), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | May 16, 2008 Pours a slightly cloudly pale yellow color with a very thin soapy head. Aroma is skunky and that’s about it. Taste is corn, straw, and a bit of citrus. Drinkable but there are so many other Pilseners out there that would destroy it. Beershine (2754), Traipsing Around, Cambodia
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 14, 2008 Draught, Yardhouse Palm Beach Gardens. Bright yellow with greenish tint. Little head, lots of bubbles. Fresh grain aroma. Slightly herbal including coriander smell. Clean and dry. Good balance of grain and hop with a crisp finish. Solid. Not complex but great hop character and high drinkability. drawz (10), Keene, Texas, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 10, 2008 Odd tasting beer. Golden colored with moderate taste and dry bitter finish. Heavy on the hops but with a lower ABV rating than most. Typical of a German beer, but only a medium quality German beer. Unique69crazy (119), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 9, 2008 Has a moderate bite with a dry aftertaste. Pours a light tan color, very smooth pour with some carbonation. Drinks well, but it could use more "build" to this. Aroma was offset and confusing, overall, it’s a alright beer to have on occasion. jjuf1853 (480), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 4, 2008 Bottle pours a clear straw yellow color with a white head. Aroma of sweet malts and grassy hops. Flavor is very light, refreshing, slightly dry, hoppy, with a bitterness in the finish. grikmok (92), Fayetteville, Arkansas, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 3/5 | 4/20 | Apr 28, 2008 Poured into a footed pilsner glass. Golden yellow color with a lot of carbonation. Not much aromas. Initial flavor of yeast and carbonation. Ending with a slightly bitter palate. Not very memorable at all. Probably will not buy it again. tjthresh (1779), Greenfield, Indiana, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 28, 2008 Bought a six pack of this to use as a hot tub for some bratwurst. I ended up drinking the rest, and they were pretty satisfying. Pale yellow with lots of carbonation and snow white head. Sort of a grainy aroma with some grassy hops. Stong hop flavor and very dry. Not bad.
