I ended up drinking the rest, and they were pretty satisfying. Pale yellow with lots of carbonation and snow white head. Sort of a grainy aroma with some grassy hops. Stong hop flavor and very dry. Not bad. EricE (467), Fairfax, Virginia, USA

Grassy medium hop aroma with a nice hoppy initial bite and goes down with a traditional pils aftertaste ie. it should be bitter. Mild to medium malt, hint of citrus. Would be great served cold on a hot day. Bitte ein Bit? CanIHave4Beers (917), Des Moines, Iowa, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 24, 2008 The beer has a nice grassy & yeasty aroma, with just the faintest hint of citrus. It’s an attractive enough beer with a big fluffy white head & plenty of bubbles. This pils is very plesantly bitter with a good european hop presence. The palate is immedietly sharp, rounding out very nicely at the back of the tongue. jipo (2), Germany does not count | 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Apr 24, 2008 too bitter to be a great beer, you can’t drink too much if you don’t want to have a real headache BlackDonald (1127), Boise, Idaho, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 20, 2008 This has that very strong aroma that you only find in traditional German style pilsners. It is unlike anything else in the world. Herbal grassy hops, with a biscuit bready malt background, slightly sweet, like honey with that Saaz bite in the finish. esjaygee (1581), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA
