It’s also important to drink it in glass. RblWthACoz (963), Brooklyn, New York, USA

Nose smells like a wet rat. Yes. I said that. Flavor is actually pretty sweet with a smooth tone to it overall. Feel is good. Nice level of carbonation. Slightly thin, but doesn’t feel like it is totally watered down. Extremely drinkable. Easily a session brew. For what it is, quite a good brew. shp555 (1690), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

Seems to have a little more malty background & more balanced finish that the rest that are too tart for my palate. This pils just looks refreshing: amazing golden colour. Not lots of body like a Steamwhistle, but that almost sour, yeasty, grassy taste that goes down nice and smooth in the hot weather! LordCorkscrew (982), Ronco Scrivia (GE), Italy

Aroma scarso, sapore noioso nobilitato solo dall’amaro nel retrogusto, comunque abbastanza artificiale e ’saponoso’ più che aromatico (oltre che piuttosto carente). Niente di speciale davvero per questa pils tedesca.______________ENGLISH TEXT HERE______________33cl bottle (economic 4 bottles box), in the hot afternoon of Brescia, with three unfortunate sodales. Aroma is little, flavor is boring, saved by a bitter finish which anyway seems a bit artificial and soapy more than hoppy. Nothing special, truly, from this German pils. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Sep 8, 2007 Bottle. Not poured into a glass... arg, the decadence. Flavors are fairly grassy with a bit of a cloves/pepper like quality to the hops presence. Grains come across as slightly bready, and flavor is infinitely better to what passes for a pils here in the States. aarossell (151), Grandville, Michigan, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Sep 4, 2007 Can - okay, the only reason I bought this was because I found it in 8 packs for like 8 dollars, but I rather enjoyed it. This had a flavor behind the standard light pilsner taste that I’ve never experienced! It was a strong, yet delicately crisp cereal flavor unlike any other. Not bad at all...
