Apr 11, 2007 Bottle 33cl. Poured a pale yellow gold, with a small white head which lingered. Fresh hoppy aroma, as you may expect from this style. Very refreshing to drink; a tangy, hoppy bitter that lasted to the finish. Hints of malt and bread. Quite a robust palate for a pilsener. Very tasty and drinkable - perfect session beer.

Apr 9, 2007 Updated: Jun 10, 2007I LIKE THIS BEER. IT HAS AN ASTRINGENT BUBBLY PROFILE WITH THAT SAME TYPE OF HOP BIT (AS OPPOSED TO BITE) YELLOWY GOLDEN ALMOST PILSNER CHARACTER. GOOD BEER OFTEN AT A GOOD PRICE. SMOKY AND GRASSY TASTING. GOOD AS A LIGHT BEER. TOUCH OF SMOKE.

Apr 9, 2007 Updated: Jul 16, 2007I really liked this pilsner,it had the classic german yeast flavor of bannana and cloves with a medium hops body.Nice effervescence and aftertaste.The label was different than this one but I am sure it’s the same brew only 5% abv.

Apr 8, 2007 Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Moderate hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavoir. A little harsh. Average finish. Watery palate. Not great but ok CGP.

Apr 5, 2007 Aroma is of corny malt and grass. Flavor is sweet, light malt with some cardboardy corn and very subtle hop presence...certainly not a "strong hop taste". Could be refreshing, but I’m not sure I could get past the cardboardiness-there are much better pilseners out there, although this one is quite affordable....such a variety of ratings...maybe there are different versions of this beer

Apr 4, 2007 From a guy who truly loves German wheat beers, this pilsner doesn’t make the grade. In fact, this beers reminded me of cheap, mass produced beer from USA (Bud light, Miller, etc). Sure, sure, it is an easy drinking beer, but that is because it is so light and lacking in taste, that one may as well be drinking water. A real buzz kill. I am shocked that it is rated higher (almost 3 for crying out loud). If this beer came from any other country in the world I am sure it would be a full point lower, which is a real shame.

Apr 2, 2007 It’s a golden beer with a moderate head. Both aroma and flavour is incredibly watery and thin, but if I look for it, I do find hints of malt somewhere in the brew and a light bitterness. A depressing beer...
