Under carbonated with a super sweet hoppy flowery citrus smell. Very fruity that is unusual for a pale ale. The light flowery hops dominate the malts . It finishes with a light sweetness with just a hint bitterness. This is does not taste like a pale ale. Ando (105), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

Aroma of pale malts with a touch of sauerkraut. Body starts lightly sweet but drying and thinning quickly with some mild tartness. | 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 7, 2007 22 oz bottle, via kyzr. Pours a clear dark copper under a one finger fizzy off-white head that faded to a spotty covering. Nose is very light, some floral hops with a touch of butterscotch and a little sweet malt. Flavor is lightly hoppy with minimal to no bitterness and a little diacetyl on the finish. Mouthfeel is thinnish with a watery texture and moderate fizzy carbonation. This was pretty uninspiring and a little boring. Pretty light on the hops, even for a Pale Ale. mjg74 (1998), La Mesa, California, USA
