A big, big malt flavor and is slightly, though not cloyingly, sweet.

on tap-pours a creamy light tan head that laces with gold-yellow color. Aroma is malty. Taste is medium malt, background hops, roasty. Medium body, OK carbonation.

Malty nose with ample caramel and a bit of molasses. Slightly sweet, but not overly so. Hops become more apparent at end of swallow. Balanced and light enough to drink on a hot day. Reddish brown with slight off-white head.

Nice clear caramel color. Clean aroma. Big malty flavor. REally yummy. Very enjoyable. Clean malt flavor. Nothing bad about it.

At the BP, the description contradicted the web, @ 6.4% ABV, and cold aged for 2 months, but I digress. Nice clear carmel color. Clean malty aroma with no off notes. Big malty flavor, that is exceptionally German like and outstanding. One of the best BP bock beers that I have ever had. Way to go August!
