May 16, 2007 Pours a nice clear moderate to lower than expected carbonation- modest lasting white head and some lace. Aroma is moslty on the bready and fresh pils malt side- light herbal and spicy noble hops. Fresh clean malt profile in the flavor, a bit on the full side, but still clean and refreshing. Pretty fresh pils skewed slightly to the malt side, but is very enjoyable.

Mar 25, 2006 on tap-pours a white head with yellow color. Aroma is grain & hops. Taste is grassy, malt, funky, creamy with background hops.

Sep 3, 2005 Poured a medium and clear golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of light spices with some grass. Tastes of stronger spices and grass. Lightly sweet finish. Nice lacing left on glass.
